The New Yoga Generation

Growth and change are necessary for something to carry on living. Yoga is a practice centered around the breath. The breath is a living energy so naturally yoga evolves. To me, Titus represents the future of yoga in America. As for me, I am excited to witness the new opportunities the next generation is bringing to the table.
